Cancellations and reschedules are asked to be done at least 24 hours in advance. Any Art Therapy and Counseling appointment canceled or rescheduled without a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% session fee charge. Any no shows will also result in a full session fee charge. I am as accommodating as possible, however, I cannot be accommodating without your communication.
If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late to your session, you will have to reschedule and your session will be forfeited. You will be charged a late cancel fee of 50% the service.

I do not offer refunds on services that have already been rendered. You will be fully refunded if you cancel your session within 24 hours notice.
Art therapy and Counseling sessions are billed after the session has already been rendered. You will never be charged for an art therapy/counseling session before the session has happened.

Yes, I’m partnered with Grow Therapy for insurance billing. I currently accept the following insurances through Grow:
Aetna
Cigna
Optum/United Healthcare
Here is my Grow profile where you can directly schedule with me.
Appointments are only booked through Grow if you are using the above insurance plans. If you are a self-pay client, Sessions is the EHR I use.
The self-pay fee is $150 with a sliding scale available. If you’d like to work together and have a different insurance than listed above, I can provide a “superbill” document to you, if your insurance plan offers reimbursement for seeing out of network providers. I recommend contacting your insurance company and asking about your current plan and out of network reimbursement. I also recommend contacting your insurance company and/or checking your insurance “portal,” to identify your copay before you book with me through Grow therapy.

Let’s set up a consultation here so I can answer all your questions and concerns! Art-making is not required in every (or any) session, and there are ways we can welcome creativity without engaging with art materials- if you see that fitting. Feel free to take a look at my What is Art Therapy blog post.
