I believe in the power of non-judgemental and compassionate space and view them as integral for change and healing to occur. I take a relational approach to therapy, meaning our relationship is very important to me, and I believe in the therapeutic relationship being a powerful tool for healing- as an agent of change.

My hope is to uplift and empower my clients - who are individuals who feel called to do the deep and meaningful work it takes to realize their unique inner power and innate ability to heal. My clients are curious about unlocking who they truly are, and rewriting their own narratives. My clients process, integrate, and get curious at their own pace, while being open to giving space for all parts of themselves to exist - knowing that the “shadow” parts of us, only bring us closer to our inner light. I find in sessions, my clients tend to be looking for new ways to support and show up for themselves when experiencing intense emotions, exploring a part of their identity or a new way of living/being, shedding old patterns and behaviors that are no longer feeling helpful, exploring safety and joy as achievable sensations in the body… and so, so much more.
